Hey there! I'm Jess, a wife, mom, worship leader, and certified life coach.

After experiencing trauma as a child, I spent so many years hyper vigilant, disassociated, and unsure of my worth. The one thing I could never ignore was the Lord's hand on my life. He was SO tangible and close as I experienced my traumas, and has been incredibly kind as I've taken each step to heal and understand my value as a daughter of God.

After much healing, I get to use my experiences and skills to help other Christian women in the journey of becoming who God has called them to be!
