I spent the better part of the last decade piecing together and figuring out who I am and what I have to offer this world.

I grew in my confidence as I put the pieces together, and the more I learned through personal development, investing in myself, and trauma counseling, I started to see that I wasn’t alone.

Trauma counseling helped me heal. Coaching helped me move forward.
​
It took my counselor saying “I think you’re ready to graduate to a coach” that I had a lightbulb moment…Many go to counseling, few know what to do next.

I naturally coach people ALL THE TIME.
​
I decided that everything I’ve learned in the last 10 years (and lifetime really) paired with some specific knowledge and skills could help SO many women.
